No matter if Sid has real ML or fake ML...When Sid is back as himself and not Raghu. He will go through a guilt phase.
If he really does have ML, then he will feel as if he betrayed his family. He will hate himself for not remembering those that he loves and not being there when they needed him the most. He knows having ML is not his fault. But inside he will fall apart for not realizing that something was off. Most people with ML have fb or feels something within them that tells them where they belong.
If he is faking his ML, he will then blame himself for knowingly hurting them. For staying away from them when they needed him the most. Of course there must be some solid reason for him to do such a thing. He will be hating himself for seeing the pain Roshni was going through bt did nothing about it.
No matter what the case is he will blame himself. For not only leaving his family but his Roshni. If this happens, I want some emotional scenes between SidNi. I want to see Roshni not MU him but giving him support and just being there for him.
