She clearly didn't say that, she was talking about where all Keith puts his hand, the discussion was Prince not touching Rochelle inappropriately, so unless they mention someone else, it doesn't mean someone else.
And what Keith touching someone else has got to do with Prince not touching Rochelle ?? If Keith touches other girls whom we clearly don't know even, does it mean that Prince gets the right to touch Rochelle ?? That's pretty irrelevant isn't it ??
So they clearly meant Keith touching Rochelle so Prince can touch too !! Anyway we take it, although there is no second way to that dialogue, that's sick all the way !!
