when he came to know that twik has taken anita to hospital he not wasted a second to explain anyone he went i think it was a fear that uv would be there

as uv he know that he is obsessed with her and uv will not behave normally with her whatever be the situation

I would say concern ,fear of Twinkle safety because UV was there.That look he gave seeing Twinkle did not remove UV hand from her shoulder was diff from his previous stares.He was like how can Twinkle allow UV to touch her.

😆 😆 I agree. UV staying with them will make him more restless and he can get jealous or pissed if he sees UV n Twinkle taking normally .

it was more out of concern for twinkle. its his instant reaction to support her in what she is doing and anita ho ya yuvi he knows luthras r bad news for twinkle.

i think kunj ko pyaar ho gaya by seeing him staring at the hand i mean uvs hand on twinkle he didn't like a bit of it when twinkle tried to clear it he told in in a bit gussa i understood it.so now he also started to get jealous😆🤣
