First of all stupid Rishabh didn't even make a big deal of it like cunning Kish.

Secondly spitting has never happened in history of BB so maybe they weren't prepared what to do about the punishment.

But I really hope they read our posts and take her to task.

That is correct the rule as has been mentioned in many earlier season is against violence and that can be of any form. Example Gautam was nominated for abusing Tanna after the first task Gali incident. Though this has also been established that BB does not take any action if no-one is complaining and by complaining I mean crying their hearts out. Also even if people are evicted for physical violence they are reinstated if BB thinks they can give them more eyeballs.

I don't support Kishwer spitting because that is just plain gross, but if rishabh wanted anything to be done about it, he would have to say it himself. For instance if Kishwer had let go of the kicking incident, pretty sure bigg boss wouldn't have done anything about it. He will only do something if the housemates themselves take a stand about it. Wrong or right, that's more or less how bigg boss has been run for a while...
