In Qubool Hai, men are raped and objectified.

This may sound harsh and before I start anything, I would like to clarify that I am a loyal viewer of the show and have been watching the show from day 1. I really love this show, but now it's getting intolerable. I understand SJ was on North America trip and she wasn't shooting, but the makera have handled the show in her absence in such a bizzare way. This proves that the show is running only coz of SJ. Without her, its absolutely nothing. This show is all about polygamy and rapes. But there is uniqueness to it. Its always the men who are victims of polygamy or rape in this show. Tanveer raped Imran, tried polygamy with Asad; married Siddiqui, then married Nawab. Khan Begum did fake SR with Aahil, fake SR with Shaad, real SR with Saif and eventually married Naseer, and now the fifth guy is ready for her. Afreen, the new Billo Raani had SR with Amaad, raped Azaad and is now behind Armaan. Almost all male leads have been victims of rape or polygamy in the show. This show is promoting male objectivism. If it were females being objectified, the feminist group would have actually protested and put a lock on the doors of 4Lions office. But since, its males, no one is raising their voice. And we talk about gender equality. I am not being a male chauvinist here, but, its high time we raise voice against this show promoting something which is unconventionally wrong but its still prevelant. Then lets talk about gender equality. Man is not just an object or sperm donor, he too has feelings. He too loves, cares and protects. I pity your mentality Gul Khan!

Whatever u said is true...Gul's dark and secret fantasies are being fulfilled by QH(I may sound harsh, but I feel lyk that)...Is she a woman really???Always makes joke of True love and marraige and even her own religion...Such a shit mentality she has...and She got once chance to revive back d show with AzMa..but her arrogance and TRP came only to destroy them and bring in another popular hero as a prop!!!I pity her!!!!

I agree with you 100%. This show has made a joke out of men and used them as props or sexual objects. Vamps treat them like they are only there to fulfill their wishes and use them as a means to an end. It's quite despicable how men have been treated on this show. No respect whatsoever! Worst is they get used and abused and then killed off at the makers convenience! The way this show has objectified men is despicable. I have no idea what sort of mentality the writers of this show have. The producer should really be given a warning.

I completely agree with you. Time and again for the sake of a dramatic twist in the story men have been objectified and vicitimised in this show. Not that their female counterparts have been treated any better. Nikhat, Haya and in the most recent times even Mahira was harassed. And then it was made to look like nothing ever happened. This callousness on the part of makers is scary.

I felt bad for actors Pooja and Avinash...they have just entered the show and are not being given work deserving of their talent. If they want to keep the show running, they need to be more sincere with their work irrespective of whether or not SJ is being able to be part of episodes or not.

Some really warped minds are employed as writers for this show. They stuck their heads in the ground and delude themselves as correct.

Your right if women were shown being drugged and molested or having black magic used on them to seduce them, then some feminist action group would have spoken out against it. But I guess men being treated as pieces of meat is acceptable? Zee TV should really look at their broadcasting standards. I don't think any show has objectified men as much as QH has!

Is the show working smoothly with the new actor.....
the previous one was changed due to TRP'S or whatever another reason lying in front of them...
