Jodha slowly opens her doe shaped eyes as the sun rays disturbed her sleep ,she was up a bit late today ,stiffling a soft yawn she stretched her arms and saw her husband who was already up and getting ready for office
Jalal tum uth gaye ? Why u got up so early today?
Jo good morning!! Arre haan tomorrow is holiday on account of Diwali na so we all thought to finish stage decorations and all ,we got very less time for the event na !! Waise how r u feeling now?
I'm OK jalal ,why didn't u yll me before ? I would have got up little early na ,ok leave it ! Give me just five minutes I will make something for u !
Jo pls I can't have anything now I'm already getting late ,mirza is waiting fir me in car, we will grab something on the way to office ok bye bye he gives a sweet smile and rushes towards the door but comes back again .
What happend now?? Did u forget anything??
Umm yess , gabbar I know u very well let me remind u that doctor said u need to take rest so u better do that ok ,i know its diwali tomorrow and ur kind of pretty excited for it ,but that doesnt mean u keep urself busy in some or the other work and get urself tired haina ?warning his sweet gabbar jalal excited the room and rushed towards his car where Mirza was already waiting for him while jodha smiled looking her caring husband .
Chalo Mirza we r getting late .getting no reaction from his brother he looked at Mirza.

I know bhai we r gettling late and i as far as I know all credit goes to u isn't it?? , waise i was just wondering what made u so late haan ?i mean bhabhi itni jaldi uth gayi ??Asked Mirza with a sly grin on his face.
Mirza I know what's going ur mind ,there's nothing like that ,don't stress ur brain much ok and drive fast . Abdul already reached there, he messaged me just now .
Ok bhai ,I got it there's definetly not something like that right? he winked while jalal tried hard to keep a straight face suppressing his blush.
Jodha freshes up ,does her morning prayer and goes to kitchen to help hamida in making breakfast.
Jodha greets hamida , takes her blessings and starts helping her .
Jodha beta how r u feeling now? What did doctor say ? U looked so tired after coming from hospital yesterday so I thought I will ask u later .
Ammi I'm feeling better today ,doctor prescribed medicines for vomitings and asked me to take rest .That's it jodha recalls her visit to hospital with jalal and remembers doctors words . yeh doctor bhi na ,what was the need to say all that ,she made both of us so embarrassed jodha laughed softly shaking her head.
Jodha if doctor asked u to take rest then what r u doing here,go and rest beta.
Ammi I'm not feeling tired now ,u know na I hate sleeping on bed and resting all the time ,when I will feel tired I will pakka go to my room ok
Ok beta ,they finish making breakfast and set the dining table, humanyun and bakshi comes down and settle on their respective chairs.
Bhabhi where is bhai ?? And Mirza bhai is also not here.
Bakshi ur brothers r really busy with their project now adays ,they went early today. Waise how is ur college ? Did u make any new friends ?
Bhabhi I liked the college ,made few friends too par u know my seniors r really very irritating, I don't know what's their problem ,they find some or the other way to torture us she sighed
Humanyun - par bakshi beta ur college is very strict about ragging na and they do have anti ragging squad too then how how come these boys rag u?
Mamu their leader of the gang is our college trustee's son so he thinks he can do anything in the college ,leave it mamu I don't want to talk about them shrugging her shoulders bakshi tried to dismiss the convo.
Hamida- but bakshi u have to be very careful with these kind of boys
Jodha- haan bakshi ammi is right ,if u find these boys troubling u then definitely inform ur brothers ,they will handle the matter in their own way ok
Bakshi - ji bhabhi ,ok now I'm getting late for college ,thanks for the delicious food ,bye mami mamu and bhabhi .bakshi leaves for college ,humanyun too leave for office ,soon after their exit hamida starts her work .

Jodha and hamida did their Diwali shopping ,they bought diyas candles crackers lights ,they were about to reach the parking lot when Jo saw a beautiful sherwani that caught her attention and she gets it for jalal ,they reached home ,Jo felt little tired and so decides to take some rest.
Jodha enters her room and lays down on the bed ,she looks at the sherwani she brought for jalal and remembers him its 2 o clock pata nahi jalal ne kuch khaya hoga ki nahi ? Waise Mirza is there too and I'm sure he will make sure that jalal eats something but I know jalal too ,if he gets into something deeply then he forgets about every other thing ,hope he is not starving Mirza too along with him jodha chuckles and dials jalal's no .

Guys we got very less time and lots of work to be completed ,on top of that tomorrow is Diwali toh we have holiday ,let's finish as much of work as possible today itself.
Hoshiyaar umm I mean hosh right?? hope wedding attires r ready ?
Yess they r but I want bride and groom to try the outfits once so that I can do the alternations if needed any .
Ok Abdul u pls call the bride and groom and inform about this ,mirza did u call bride and grooms family for food menu ?
Yess bhai I did and they finalised the menu too ,I gave the list to our catering service .
Good job Mirza now what about wedding favours ? What will we gift the guests
Abdul - jalal how about we gift them silver coins with the name of bride and groom and the wedding date encraved on one side and a holy deity encraved on the other side?

Jalal was busy instructing the workers about decoration when he was disturbed by a phone call , a wide smile adores his face looking at the name flashing on his mobile ,he picks up the call excitingly.
Jalal- Hey jo !! Hi !!what's up? Wait !wait a minute ,why u called me now ? R u not feeling wel l ??should we go to doctor ?? He asked concernly
Jalal I'm perfectly fine ,no need to worry about me, ammi is th ere to take care of me, waise I just called u to ask whether u had ur breakfast and lunch today or not ?
Oh u called me for that ,umm I had it Jo ,dont worry, accha bye now will talk with u later ,I'm busy right now .he cuts the call hurriedly .
Jodha- phone kaat diya how rude but thos proves he skipped his meal, Hmm I'm sure he didn't eat anything from morning . yeh jalal bhi na ,he cares for everybody in the house but when it comes to him ,he is least bothered about his health , no problem I will deal with him at dinner time .
It was 11 pm now , everyone retired for the day but Jo decides to stay awake to serve jalal and Mirza . jalal reaches home alone as Mirza decided to stay back to finish the left over arrangements. It was very hectic day for jalal ,he was really tired ,the only thing he needed badly at this hour of time was garma garam khana and a good sleep . jalal washes his hand and comes to dining table ,jodha was sleeping with her head down on table .
Jalal- Jo he slowly caressed his hand over her head and calls her name softly .Jo why r u sleeping here??
Jodha- jalal u came so late ? Where is Mirza ?
Mirza will come in the morning Jo ,u say why r u sleeping here ?
I was waiting for u guys jalal ,she takes the food and heats it again in microwave and serves in two plates .
Jo why two plates ,I already told u that Mirza will not come now na .
That's for me jalal she pouted
What ?? R u mad Jo ,u mean to say u were waiting for us starving urself and our baby ? Jo how can u be so careless ? When will u understand u need to be careful ! He shakes his head in disappointment.
Mr patidev ,I'm really glad that u care for me so much but u know what Im not at all careless ,ammi made pakodas in the evening ,they were so yummy that I ate up to my tummy full ,isiliye I didn't feel like eating when everyone was having dinner , u were also late so I thought I will have dinner with u.now if ur satisfied can we have our dinner .
Umm yess ofcourse ,jalal takes a peice of roti ,dips it in curry and extends his hand to feed jodha

Jo I know u like to be feeded by someone ,I have seen u asking maina maa to feed u many times and guess what ,whenever she used to feed u , u eat more that day ,now common have it .
Jodha was so happy with his gesture ,she happily eats the roti and feeds back jalal .
Jodha- u remember everything na jalal
Yess I do remember everything ,exactly the way u waited for me for the dinner . Jo u remember na that I don't feel like eating alone right?
Jodha bits her tongue , no jalal its nothing like that and why will I wait for u when I know ur not going to eat alone ,Mirza was also supposed to be here na .
Jodha I know u very well ok so don't even think of lying in front of me ,and waise bhi I'm sure u might have heard ammi and mirza's convo, he already informed ammi that he will not come for dinner .
Detective jalal Khan u guessed it right ,I wanted to accompany u for dinner to make sure u eat properly b ecoz I know u didn't had anything much from morning ,happy?? Now if ur finished with ur food can I wash the dishes?
Yess I'm done ,I will help u in cleaning come.
They take the plates to kitchen and starts cleaning the dishes,Jo was washing the dishes with liquid dish wash while jalal was cleaning them with water .after finishing Jo arranges the stuff back in their place and turns around without realising jalal was standing right behind her ,she ploughs into him ,their head collided as a result.
Aah awwwuuu !! Jalal what r u doing behind me asked jodha rubbing her forehead.
Sorry Jo I thought u need some help in arranging them that's why reached for u and this happened ,is it hurting ??

Huh mera bhi and the duo laughed out .
After few seconds jalal looked at Jo mischievously ,with a smirk on his face he stepped forward ,Jo finds him moving towards her and she steps back confusingly, jalal takes another step forward and Jo moves a step back ,jalal takes another step in front and pulls Jo towards him before she takes another step back ,she landed up on his chest, they were very close now ,so close that they could hear each others heartbeat which was beating fastly .
Jalal what r u...
Shhh... jalal shuts her mouth with his finger and moves his hand towards her face, cupping her cheeks ,he looks into her deep doe shaped eyes and and and...
He bangs his head with her head and winks .
Awwwuuu !!have u lost it jalal ! What r u doing ?
Jodha I think u forgot ,tum kehti thi na ki agar ek baar sar takra jaye toh hame phir se takkar maarna chahiye, warna sar par horns aa jayenge, and u know very well that I don't want to spoil my beautiful face with those ugly horns ,that's why did this ,now if ur done with ur work shall we go to our room and sleep??she nodded her head in yes and they reached their room ,jalal lays down on his side of bed and Jo sleeps on the other side ,soon they drifted into deep slumber.

*** Diwali ***
Jalal was feeling uncomfortable ,he doesn't know the reason but he was not able to sleep properly ,it was still dawn ,he could hear the birds chirpping ,the whole atmosphere was pleasant ,jalal slowly opens his eyes and feels some weight on his body, he looks at the source and was shocked to see Jo sleeping close to him, her head was on his shoulder and hand was resting on his chest.he looked at Jodha lovingly ,she was sleeping peacefully ,he tried to move his hand but stopped as jodha was getting disturbed . jalal looked at jodha's face ,she was looking so innocent ,she was very close to him and he had a strong urge to wrap his hands around his waist ,it was getting difficult for him ,suppressing his desires and cursing his mind for thinking like that jalal finally decides to move his hand ,Jo opens her eyes becoz of the slight movement ,she gets up in a jerk realising her sleeping position.
Umm wo I I m sorry jalal ,I dont know how I ended up on ur side of bed.She felt embarrassed.
It's OK jodha ,it happens .he tried to act normal.
Jodha gets down and moves towards the washroom but jalal stops her .
Happy Diwali Jo he wishes her in his sweet voice and kneels down facing jodhas belly which was not yet visible to the world ,and utters happy diwali baby ,I don't know ur a boy or girl but I strongly feel that u will be my little princess,so princess this is ur first Diwali with ur father ,hope we will have a good time together ,saying this jalal kisses his palm and places over jodha's belly as if sending his kiss to baby.
Jodha was really touched with this act ,she had happy tears i n her eyes ,a lone tear escaped her doe shaped eyes but she wiped it off before jalal could see . jalal gets up
Jalal - Jo I got something for u he moves towards his cupboard and takes out a box and gives it to Jo .jodha I want u to wear this dress in the evening ,hope u like it .

The day went in a gif ,jalal was busy in decorating the house along with Mirza ,jodha and bakshi were busy in making rangoli ,she even rested for some in between ,jalal made sure she ate properly. Singh family was also invited ,and they promised to come after finishing lakshmi puja in their house. Jodha was really happy, it was her favourite festival ,though she was scared of bombs and all but still she loved the festival as it was festival of lights.
Jalal And Mirza decorated the entire house with lights ,jodha and bakshi litted diyas ,the mansion was glowing brightly .jalal dressed up in outfit gifted by jodha ,and now he was waiting for her eagerly , the fireworks started indicating the beginning of diwali ,but his light was not down yet, he burned crackers unwillingly as Mirza was not leaving him, finally she was there dressed in the outfit gifted by Jalal, he was astonished ,a soft gasp escaped his mouth ,she was glowing more ,the dress really complemented her flawless ivory skin , jodha stood besides bakshi ,jalal stood numb ,he forgot everything ,he was lost in his own dream world ,jodha looked at him puzzled ,she expected some compliments but he was too lost to utter anything .

Jalal blushed what was that?? Whats happening to me ? Why my mind is not able to get off with jodha's thoughts ,I need to find an answer for this asap otherwise I will definetly go insane .he muttered under his breath .
Mirza- bhai ur lost again?? I guess someone is badly distracting u he winks .
Mirza stop it .saying this jalal walked towards jodha and stood besides her ,Mirza continued burning crackers, he takes out a garland and burns it .
Booom boom booom ,the sound echoed in the whole mansion ,jodha holds jalal's hand tightly out of fear ,she hided her face in jalal's broad chest , her hair fall on jalal's face .

Jalal's heart danced in a sheer bliss ,the day really turned out to be the luckiest day for him ,his wife was close to his heart ,he slowly moved his hand up and wraps one hand around her and with other he stroked her back ,they felt heaven in each others arms n the same position for few seconds .

Jalal u u here ?? Do do u want something ?? She stammered
Umm woh I forgot to tell u something jodha looked at him confusingly.
Jodha ur looking beautiful ,I don't know the reason that made u alluring today ,umm may be this dress ,but seriously Ur looking gorgeous ,totally out of the world he uttered in husky voice .

Jodha was shocked and surprised ,she was expecting something like this from him but hearing the words directly from his mouth had some kind of magic in it, and she was l ost in the magic spell ,she turned to face him ,jalal's lips touched her cheeks As she was only an inch apart from her resulting goosebumps on their skins .😉😳 jodha's eyes popped out.
