I feel sorry for his family and keep his brother out of discussion, he is no more and let his soul rest in peace, he is not related to this topic.

If Keith was not there it doesn't mean they are dependent on keith. They have footage, find out and play.

He is not there won't change the fact that he was there when everything happened. What was there not to believe? And what it has do with death of his brother? He can't grill him coz he was not there and no one is asking to grill him, just accept the reality, if there is any doubt just check footage.
