So I'm a silent spectator of BB9 and this forum. However, after reading quite a few comments about the same issue I decided to voice my opinion as well.
I'm not quite sure why people think she's fake? But here are a few reasons as to why I think might just be genuine AND a genuinely nice person...
1. Whenever 2 people are fighting she TAKES A STAND - It might not be the 'normal' way of siding with one person but she tries her best to interfere and STOP the fight. In fact, I've also heard her being quite firm in her tone. Just because she doesn't aggravate the fight doesn't mean she doesn't take any action or a stand. Her stand is just against the fight/argument rather than a certain individual.
2. She seems quite active in the household chores especially in the kitchen(let's be honest lol over 70% of her footage is purely in the kitchen). With food being prepared 3 times a day, she probably has less free time than others to create a ruckus.
3. She STICKS with her friends. From the start, she's shown to be close to Vikas and Suyash - and so in turn Kishwer, Prince and Rimi as well. She's maintained this from the start and hasn't switched sides. And like we saw, from today onwards Rishab is also pseudo-initiated in their 'gang' (because there's ALWAYS one in every season!) and now her good friend.
4. Although she doesn't create a ruckus about it, she does SUPPORT her friends. For instance, today she mentioned to Suyyash and Prince as to why Rishab got so angry and even argued with them on validating his anger.
5. She's a prankster! She needed to make good friends and enjoy their company - but now that she has we see a new and fun side of her. Knowing that Rishab's her friend and would take it sportingly, she's played several tricks on him today and was the person who initiated the harmless 'drinking their juice' joke yesterday too.
6. She's a fun and modern girl who knows that healthy flirting is fun and entertaining for herself and her friends! She doesn't mind entertaining her friends by playing along with Rishab and Prince (although according to the precap his may be something more than just harmless flirting) but does so while being full of mischief and fun!
7. She doesn't get too comfortable with everyone. Although she's not confrontational (and so instinctively says 'yes' to everyone) she manages to get her way without making the other person feel bad (e.g: Puneet and the case of the beds). She didn't feel comfortable and so she found a way to make it work without being super blunt - which is probably just her nature.
7. She's ALWAYS there for others! She was the FIRST one to run across when Keith got hurt today. That isn't something people can just do if faking or for the cameras since it is your INSTINCT and her initial reaction was to go towards him and make sure that he was okay.
8. She's a genuinely nice person who thinks about others before she thinks about herself. In the double-trouble task, she didn't press the buzzer because she KNEW that one or both of the others would definitely press it and she figured it was better for her to do the task since she broke the rules rather than others get to pay for her mistakes.
Ok there are many more things but you guys get the gist of it.
My only point is that a person sometimes stays reserved until they get a little comfortable and maybe that's her personality. She seems like a genuinely sweet person who'll be a great friend to always have around due to her mischievous nature!
I probably referenced a lot from today's episode but that's the one that is fresh in my memory so can recall the most stuff from it and her and Suyyash/Prince's pranks were my fav part of the episode. From all that I've seen of her, I have really liked her personality and think she's a classy person (and please don't get into her one villager comment since no one is perfect - she never said she was perfect either so don't think that makes her fake!) who can be entertaining without being crass or getting into fights.
