You have a very interesting thought. Could be Kunwar Chacha's twin who is a eunach?
That's why Kunwar chacha addresses him has his jodi with the person as Rahu-Ketu
Also, when that black veiled person showed his/her face to the villager to give supari for Rani Gayatri (before Karwachauth) the villager seemed either scared or had recognized that person. So this black veiled person is definiltely from the royal family or someone scary
