staff alredy broke one rule today

Aman while readin abt task mentioned that one important rule is that some person shud be there in reception 24/7. These staff broke rule today itself by leaving reception n made round table conference in bathroom😆 Sadly guests dint notice it as Rishabh Mandana Sargun are outside with their tasks...😆 how can staff team win by breaking rules?
