are u kidding me, its a no brainer, spitting was absolutely disgusting. Do you know many diseases could be transmitted when someone's saliva gets into an another person's body. Just because waiters in restaurants do it makes it logical and fair. Its dangerous and if someone does it, they should be punished, its a matter of life and death here, a person might get infected and his/her life could be ruined forever.
