Previously on KGGK
Vigyat goes to jail for Nikhil's crime and Parvati is quite agitated
by it. She tries to talk to Vigyat but he proclaims how much he
despises her. Later outside the prison Parvati is confronted by the
entire family who are now against her. Unable to take it anymore
Parvati decides to pay Suyash Mehra a visit.
And now Kahaani
Suyash is obviously displeased to see Parvati and tells her that he
has no time to listen to what she has to say. However, Parvati tells
him that it is very important for him to listen to what she has to
say. She tells him that from the day he came into their lives he's
got the entire family under his control and that from the day he got
involved in their business he's turned their world upside down. She
tells him that she's not there to tell him that she's lost and that
she won't fight him anymore. She's actually there to tell him that
she will fight him. Suyash is amused that a normal housewife like
her has the guts to walk up to him and challenge him like this with
the hope that she will actually win, that too all alone. In the
meantime Suyash's mother tries to talk to him about Nikhil and he
dismisses her rudely.
Parvati then tells Suyash that her family is against her but she
will still fight him for them. She also tells him that she is not
alone because her Om is with her and always will be. She reminds
Suyash about the Kauravas and Pandavas and reminds him who was alone
and who won in the end. Suyash insults her again by telling her that
she can talk really well and in all truth she talks too much. But
she should campaign for the presidency of some housewives committee
not stand in front of him and challenge him. Suyash then calls his
servant and tells him that Parvati is a guest of this house and that
she should feel like this is her own home. Parvati watches with rage
in her eyes as Suyash smiles and walks off.
The next day Kamal and Gaurav visit the lawyer who tells them that
the case is very weak and now the only thing that might be able to
save Vigyat is Parvati's statement and if she changes it then Vigyat
will be out before they know it. Meanwhile Nikhil visits Vigyat in
jail and tells him that he feels sorry for him because none of his
family members even tried to bail him out or come and see him the
night before. Nikhil blames everything on Parvati and Vigyat's eyes
say that he believes what Nikhil is saying. Nikhil tells Vigyat that
he will keep his promise and get him out of jail as soon as
possible.
While the family tries their best at forcing Parvati to change her
statement, Nikhil is pleading his case before Suyash and tells him
that someone else was responsible for putting the bag in Vigyat's
house. After Suyash meets the man who Nikhil has paid off to lie he
makes sure that Vigyat gets his bail. Back at the mansion Parvati is
trying to explain to the family about how she wants only what's best
for Vigyat but Vigyat walks in and tells her that there is no need
for any of that. Everyone is shocked to see Vigyat and he walks away
to his room.
Chaaya, Gaurav and Kamal follow Vigyat to his room and try to find
out what happened. He tells them that Suyash made the bail and that
it's surprising how outsiders became more helpful that his own
family. The family then goes back to taunt Parvati about what
happened and Chaaya advices Gaurav to call Suyash and thank him.
However when Gaurav does make the call he is both pleased and miffed
to hear Suyash's rude voice on the phone telling him that the only
thing he needs to concern himself with right now is the hospital
project. After the call is made both Chaaya and Gaurav make an extra
effort to taunt Parvati yet again.
Later Parvati sits alone in her room, thinking about everything that
has taken place when Shruti walks in and tells her that she
shouldn't think about these things too much. She tells Parvati that
she should have started working on her book by now and Parvati
shares some of her problems with her daughter. Shruti then tells her
mother that no matter what trial or tribulation she faces in life
her daughter will always be there by her side, supporting her.
Shruti then tells Parvati that she should go and pay Gunn a visit.
As Parvati and Shruti are leaving the house Chaaya and Shilpa
notices them and Chaaya sees yet another opportunity to taunt
Parvati and then asks her where she's going to start her battle with
today and with whom. Shruti replies the question by saying that when
Parvati has so many battles to fight with the people inside her own
house, she doesn't need to go outside to find any more battles.
Chaaya and Shilpa are both miffed by the statement and Parvati tells
Shruti that there is no need to say anything else and they walk off.
Chaaya who has been put in a bad situation by Shruti tells Shilpa
that Shruti has started talking too much these days.
