Lucky is impulsive. He will not think. He will always act. The only reason he is saying it is Ragini's natak is not because he is capable of spoting it, but because he now wants to get rid of Ragz and be with Swara. Swara too will not see, she is blind in her sister's love. The only person capable of seeing this is Sanskar. He has not blindly said she is lying while being very aware of the fact that that is the true case. He is someone who thinks. The problem is that Ragini is capable of using his emotions when it comes to swara, so like the kidnapping, she is likely to stay ahead of him for sometime till he catches her eventually. But don't expect Lacky or Swara devi to start thinking until fairly late in the day.

true, what will hurt Sanskar the most is constantly feeling that Swara wants to get back with Lacky. But he is underestimating how much he knows swara i feel. He might be insecure, but he isn't the same kinds as Lacky and Ragini, so as many have said he is likely to hand her over to Lacky if he feels that is where her happiness - even if it kills him. But Ragz is not going to get him as well (she will get him to some extent) by trying to falsely pull Swara's character down.
