They are only dating for movie promotions they started with Ram Leela and after Bajirao Mastani they will part ways

Both are serious about each other. The reasons Deepika doesn't talk about it is because she is the classic case of once bitten twuice shy - she had been hurt publicly when Ranbir cheated on her and hence does not wnat to open up in public about her relationship with Ranveer
