CDI was hardly promoted?the title track of CDI was a rage...they had released a special video of that song and the promos were aired frequently...agree that it opened with low occupancies...

remember reading the articles on TOI,BT where whole page was dedicated to it,thereby promoting it...the articles on the rumors whether the story of the film was based on former womens hockey coach Mir Ranjan Negi...the quotes from the actresses and their experience working with SRK and how they rehearsed,how they were made comfortable all this before the release of the film...
it's ok...I am saying this bcoz I love films based on sports and those days I had followed all the promotional events of the CDI team...SRK and all the 11 girls had promoted it together...if u compare it with the way it's done today then yup it's less but the film was well promoted back then...Originally posted by: AishMinoz
