So far, I'm not impressed w/ Shiamak's advice. Granted it was the
contestants first performances but instead of saying they did well for
their first time and can do much better next time or needed more effort/
energy is not really a help for the contestants. Yes, it does boost their
moral but being a judge and that too a choreographer I feel he should
comment more specifically. The basis of this show is to have celebrity
contestants who have lil or no experience in dance and judge them based
on different forms of dance.

I personally feel Farah was a better judge (so far) even though she
sometimes coming down hard on contestants for pointed toes and teapot
hands...these small details and suggestions help the contestants
performance improve. Loved the Ajay Jadeja teapot hands! 😆 so cute!

I hope Shiamak will begin to judge them more technically rather
specifically on how the contestants can improve. I absolutely love the
dances he has choreographed in movies and for award shows.

Farah any day. She was better as a judge and far more entertaining.
This guy comes accross like an amateur at times. He needs to settle down and give some strong opinions.

I think its too early to review Shiamak's judgement based on just one episode 😊 ...But if he is giving such less marks to the contestents then he should also point out where they hv gone wrong ,this is one department where Farah exceled in her judgement 👏 ..

So based on just one episode I think Farah is a better judge but lets wait and see for the next episode 😊

I'm not impressed by him at all.
His dance movements are too fast & out of tune.
In USA,60% are proficient, in salsa , rumba ,he needs to be careful with his remarks.

In original Salsa dancing, the partners do not move all over the dance floor but usually occupy a fixed area of the dance floor, rotating around one another and exchanging places. In a social setting it is bad etiquette to occupy too much floor by your movements
The Salsa is more of a flirtatious and sensuous dancing.

The Rules are being broken gradually..I guess. 😃

Ok after watching the 2nd episode...I'm still not
impressed with him at all. He is supposed to point out technical details
and improvements for the contestants. More importantly, that's why he
was selected to be a judge since he is a choreographer. So, after the 2nd
episode what are your opinions on Shiamak's judgment (rather lack of)
and who do you think was a more helpful judge for the
contestants...Shiamak or Farah? Don't forget to vote!
