Ishita looked at her husband sitting with the close friend of his.. And by close friend she didn't mean friend whom he often meets and share his worries but this friend of her husband was once his love or still is... Ishita took her blackberry and went outside the restaurant where she was there for an important meeting of hers.. She was one of the most successful entrepreneur of India and now with her hard work paying off her well she will be the best business woman all over Asia as quoted by the TNS business magazine..
It was two days that ishita got to know that she finally conceived , she was on cloud nine. This was though not the only thing that she wanted but ishita as she faced the rejections had almost lost hope that she would ever have a baby that she could call hers... Her condition was critical when she had an accident years back and doctors had declared that she won't be able to carry and that was the time she didn't even knew what it meant , she was hardly fourteen but as she grew up and the truth of her almost nil chances of getting pregnant was told to the guys who liked to marry her , they all rejected all and those who even were ready couldn't stand with their decision as their family was against having ishita as their Daughter in law...
The sober and simple natured ishita iyer when turned into a hard and arrogant madam ishita she didn't even know until Raman bhalla came into her life two years back.. Ishita was by then twenty seven and was quite known in the business world and Raman was well known industrialisatist , who was smitten by the arrogant and challenging ishita iyer..After two days and all the medication and painful hormonal treatment just to have a baby , ishita was successful after almost seven months and it was the day she truly wanted to celebrate with her husband , she was finally expecting .. She was going to be a mother , the craving that she felt when she saw romi's son and her sister vandita's daughter will now be fulfilled.. Ishita never shared her insecurities with anyone but whenever she used to see the little ones she used to crave for her own baby.. The baby she could call hers.. The baby whom she could nurture nine month in her womb.. The baby who would finally make her realise that she isn't a barren woman.. The tag of a barren women had always hurt ishita , the pain she always felt when she hear this word was unexplainable.. The agony she faced every time was now reduced up to some extent and she was expecting her husband to be with her..
Raman didn't had any clue what was going on with ishita and he was even suffering seeing her getting aloof and finally he was planning for a test tube baby if possible.. He was trying all the possible ways to have a baby.. Raman was even ready for adoption but seeing ishita he couldn't even urge her to go for that.. He loved ishita for what she is.. He can easily relate the soft and loving ishita who was changed into a hard shell ishita by this so called society ..
Raman paid the bill when his friend shagun held his hand..
Don't worry Raman , everything will be fine and ishita will understand that she needs to go for adoption.. Shagun's words were mere sarcasm as now she couldn't see Raman happy and contended with ishita.. When she and Raman parted it was a mutual decision that was somehow forced on Raman but after meeting ishita and having his madrasan in his life he never felt that leaving his past was bad.. He was a divorcee and shagun and him had an arranged marriage which fell out of place and love that was never in their relation..
Raman softly freed his hands and asked shagun to think of her future..
Shagun , adoption if we have would have wanted then it would have done long back.. And don't worry about my wife .. You called me here to talk and I was here but stay away from my life.. He warned her.. Raman still had a part of him which despise shagun just because she had hidden her flings before their marriage and kind of fooled him..
Shagun tried to clam her insides which were burning listening to Raman..
I was just suggesting Raman , or better you go for surrogacy.. That way you two will have your child too.. Test tube baby is still risky for ishita..
Shagun , I have already talked to a well known doctor and he will see what could be done.. And a surrogate mother will be the matter of concern .. I just don't want any girl..
Shagun suggested out of the blue trying to try her luck...
I will arrange surrogate mother , and if it won't be possible i will be the surrogate mother raman... You don't worry..
She suggested and these words were heard by ishita who just saw them together..
