Scene 1
We see a girl Pooja on a road at night, trying to ask for a lift. A guy Aaki comes up apologizing for some mistake he did and asking her to come along. Pooja refuses and when he tries to force her, she pushes him down and he injures his head on a rock there. Pooja forcefully stops a group of young bikers and requests them to take her to Goa. They agree and give her a ride. The group stops to have supper at a dhaba. Pooja briefly leaves for the washroom and during this time the biker giving her a ride, Vaishali, starts complaining to the others about Pooja. The others defend her and say they just need to drop her at Goa. Pooja apparently overhears this and offers to leave if they're not comfortable with her presence. They deny that and invite her to sit with them. We see one of the girls determined to win the love of the guy in the group, Laksh, though he loves one Kamya there.
Scene 2
Our CID team comprising of Daya sir, Purvi di, Mayur, Shreya and Pankaj arrives at a spot near the highway. The police inspector who called them explains that there seems to have been a fatal accident there, but they found a gun on the spot and also the bikes and belongings of the two victims. Shreya checks the bags and finds ID cards of the victims who are none other than Lakshya and Kamya. The girl's head has been completely crushed, apparently by a vehicle and Daya sir wonders if its Kamya or not. None of the bodies bear bullet marks, and Daya sir construes the gun must've belonged to one of them. The police cop gets a call that 2 km from this spot, the body of a girl has been found near a sewer. Daya sir instructs for the two corpses to be taken away.
Scene 3
The same team arrives at the sewer/lake where we see the girl lying dead much below the road level. Her bike with bag is parked up on the road and Daya sir asks Pankaj to check it. There's no visible injury on the body, and no signs of poisoning either. Pankaj finds two ID cards in her bag - one belonging to her, identifying her as Niharika. The other one belongs to one Sonica. Daya sir asks Mayur to look around for Sonica. Pankaj also finds a nearly empty bottle of sleeping pills in the bag. Daya sir wonders why would she be carrying a nearly empty bottle if she was going somewhere. Mayur finds no signs of Sonica nearby. The police inspector receives another call.
Scene 4
The team arrives at yet another murder spot where we see a girl's corpse lying sprangled up on a tree, while another girl lies dead at the tree's foot near their motorbike. A bystander explains that around 3:30 AM, these two had been overspeeding through the highway and must've fatally crashed into the tree. There were 3-4 bikes more with them but they're nowhere to be seen. Daya sir construes that Kamya, Lakshya and Niharika must've been with these two girls as well. The two girls are identified as Vaishali and Pooja. Daya sir says there must be some strong reason all these people died together. He wonders where Sonika is, and says either she's a victim as well or has some hand in these deaths. Shreya says she could've tried to ask for help at least, if she was injured. At this point, Pooja's phone starts to ring and Daya sir instructs Purvi di to answer it. The caller is Aaki and he roughly demands Pooja to return. Purvi di introduces herself and tells him to come over to the CID bureau to know what happened.
Scene 5
We see Aaki in the CID bureau with Abhijeet sir, Jayawanti, Shreya, Nikhil and Mayur. He's devastated to learn about her death in the bike accident. He reveals that she'd taken a lift to Goa, and doesn't recognize the bikers. Abhijeet sir gets a call from the forensic lab.
Scene 6
In the lab, Dr. Salunkhe explains that the sleeping pills from the nearly empty bottle found by the team were all consumed by Pooja and a few by Lakshya. Abhijeet sir says that they must've been tricked into swallowing those pills and then lost control, and the accidents occurred. Dr. Tarika explains that Kamya, Vaishali and Niharika were all poisoned, and all of them had supper only shortly before their demise. Abhijeet sir decides to check at the spot where these people were seen speeding, if there's any dhaba nearby.
Scene 7
Daya sir and team visits the dhaba which the bikers and Pooja had stopped at, and question the lady there about them. She recognizes the youths and remembers that when the group had started eating, Sonica went behind the dhaba and the lady saw a biker meeting her and giving her a small bottle. The guy then left and she returned to the group. The biker had a helmet and thus was unidentifiable. The team thanks her and leaves. (Nice performance by the lady)
Scene 8
In the bureau, Abhijeet sir construes that the biker must've given Sonica the poison to kill her friends, which she then proceeded to do. Jayawanti comes saying that Pooja and Lakshya had been in phone contact since several months. In fact, they had been talking right up to the moment Pooja asked for a lift. Shreya points out that according to Aaki, Pooja had taken a lift from unknown people. Abhijeet sir says he probably didn't know about Pooja and Lakshya's relation, and there seems to have been a plan by both of them. They map their daily routes via phone tracking and see that the two often used to meet at one City Plus Hospital. Abhijeet sir wonders why they used to go there.
Scene 9
Daya sir, Freddy sir, Purvi di, Mayur and Pankaj visit the hospital and the nurse explains that Lakshya and Pooja used to indeed come there as Lakshya's brother Manan is admitted there, in a coma. Daya sir is surprised since according to his parents, Lakshya was their only son. They have a look at Manan from outside his ward and the nurse explains Pooja and Lakshya had brought him there 3 months ago. He was depressed then and slowly slipped into a coma. She says Pooja was probably Lakshya's lover. Daya sir instructs Freddy sir and Pankaj to find out who used to visit Manan at the hospital, and decides to go find out more about Pooja.
Scene 10
Daya sir, Purvi di and Vansh arrive at Pooja's house and one of the neighbours tells them that its futile to go inside as the police frequently visits the place after the murder of Pooja's parents, but they found nothing so far. She says Pooja was a decent person and after her parents' death, she had to bear her brother Manan's responsibilities. Daya sir wonders why the hospital people didn't tell them that Manan was Pooja's brother. The neighbour says Manan went into depression after his parents' death, and their other sister Kamya also vanished. She says Kamya had been adopted by the parents and Pooja and Manan disliked her. Purvi di says Kamya might've been murdered by either of them. Daya sir says there might be a connection between these murders and the killing of Pooja's parents.
(There's a Freddy sir-Pankaj scene in between this which I'm not expanding upon. Though let's say it involves aromatic socks.)
Scene 11
Freddy sir and Pankaj find a ward boy in place of Manan in the hospital bed. The guy tries to flee but is captured by Daya sir, and confesses that Madan had regained consciousness 15 days ago, bribed him to keep quiet. This guy provided a bike and mobile for him. Daya sir demands him to tell whom Manan would be contacting now that he's escaped and Pooja has been murdered.
Scene 12
Manan drives up to some deserted building and goes inside to find Sonica, who hugs him. Abhijeet sir, Jayawanti, Shreya, Mayur and Nikhil arrive, find Manan's bike parked outside and venture into the building. They find Manan and Sonica planning to flee from the country after killing someone who's coming to meet them. They wait and Aaki arrives there. The CID team captures them all and forces them to confess their sins. Manan admits that he and Sonica killed Kamya, Vaishali and Niharika because Kamya along with the other two murdered his parents for property. Sonica loved Manan and this helped him by poisoning the three of them. Kamya was the one who took the sleeping pills and put them in Pooja's water bottle and killed her, then put the empty bottle in Sonica's bag. Lakshya had water from Pooja's bottle without knowing it's poisoned, and became an unintentional victim.
Manan says after finding out that Kamya and her pals had killed their parents, Pooja sent Sonica and Lakshya into their group so they could help them kill them all. They created the Goa visit plan for this purpose and Pooja joined their gang on pretext of asking for a lift. Kamya didn't want to create a ruckus in front of the others, but privately warned Pooja to stay down or she'll kill her like her parents. Aaki is revealed to have found out everything and asking for bribes from Manan to stay quiet. Abhijeet sir says he'll be jailed and the other two will be hanged for the murders they committed.
