She looked sooo much younger than Vihaan. Gosh. It almost seemed pedophilic.

Arushi's character was really well done though. Such a shame.

Funnily enough the show's TRP has risen with a new and fresh lead. Apparently, people are starting to watch it more, because finally we have a female lead who can act.

Sorry to interrupt. The previous actress whom you bashed so much without watching the show has fans who have not bashed Vrushika. If she looked much younger than Vihaan, then I think its a complement for her as she is 28, same age as of Ravish. She has completed 8 yrs in TV just because she does not have any personality. Yup TRP is very high after her exit as with her it was some 2.2 and after her exit it is 0.8. Yeah she is very boring. Otherwise she would not have been in this show for almost one year and in stead was playing a replacement. And yes Arhaan did not have any chemistry. People know this that is why they were being invited as Arhaan to attend some Ganpati Utsav in USA.

Ps. You could have just reported to the mods about the bashing and comparison but instead you chose to be the same and bash Mugdha. You may not know but this show is running from past one years and people get attached to the character and couple, when it breaks they get disappointed. I am also disappointed and have quit this show but I have not bashed the new actress as I dont know anything about her acting and character. I loved Mugdha as Arushi and I am big ArHaan fan. I feel very bad when that hardworking girl gets bashed without having any fault of hers,

I don't want to get in a fight with you.

I have nothing personal against you or Mugdha. She's a fine actress, and I'm not bashing her. I was only trying to get a point across. The way you felt bad when I commented on Mugdha, I felt bad when others commented on Vrushika. I was being sarcastic and if you didn't understand that, then I I have nothing to say to you.

Saying 'no offence' doesn't make any difference because we all know what the intention behind those comments were. The other person was intending to wound. If she doesn't like Vrushika, that's fine - just stay away from the topic. You don't need to go into an appreciation thread and comment negatively about an actress just because you don't like her.

I understand that people are attached to the previous actress and the prior couple. Fine. Good for them, but that doesn't mean you can bash the new girl.

For the record, she is not a replacement. She is a new character, and we should acknowledge that it's really hard for a new lead to make a place for herself in a show where pairings and fandoms are already well established.

People don't even have to give her a chance, but they should at least be respectful of the fact that Vrushika is a much younger actress, with much less industry experience (as you so kindly pointed out) and she is still trying her best. She's learning and whether you like it or not, she's brought new audiences to the show.

Have some respect people. Don't like her, just stay away. Don't post negative comments about her and expect to get away scot-free.

Loving Kaira transition from dependent girl to independent one who's taking care of the kids so well and trying to adjust, while keeping her modern character and values. Like the blend of comedy/drama.

If a certain section of Satrangi Sasural fans are unhappy with the new set up then I appreciate that. You become attached to a certain character/couple and it's hard to detach yourself once it's over. But in no way is this Vrushika Mehta's fault. If it wasn't her, it would've been another actress. It isn't fair to find reasons to bring the girl down.

Change is constant.

Now my venting is out of the way 😆 I really like Kyra as well. She isn't your typical daily soap heroine and I like that. She's not perfect, she's flawed and it's great to see. She holds characteristics that people can generally understand or relate to.

I just hope the CVs don't turn her into a typcial serial bahu because that would go against the basic nature of Kyra's character, which is supposed to be a free spirit and not someone larger than life.
