The makers of Begusarai have shot for a consummation scene to hike the TRPs of the show, which are very low
Begusarai, which is produced by Swastik Productions is apparently having a tough time. The show is very low on the TRPs rating and the makers had decided to axe it. However, they could not do so as the channel does not have a show to replace it at present. Begusarai stars Shweta Tiwari, Shivangi Joshi and Vishal Aditya Singh.
The show is set in Begusarai, Bihar.
In a recent move to generate TRPs, the makers have shot a consummation scene, where Lakhan (Vishal) and Poonam (Shivangi) will take their relationship forward. The shooting for the sequence has already been done and will air in the coming week. When we contacted Vishal Singh about the new track, he remained unavailable.
Earlier, it was reported that the production house wasn't paying the actors. In fact, Shweta Tiwari created a ruckus on the sets when her payment for three months was in the back log.
Post that, the production house cleared her dues. Dheeraj Miglani who plays Ghungroo, said, "No, I don't think the show will be axed anytime soon. Not that I am aware off. The show is gearing up for a major twist soon."
