Well from the last episode, it is clear that Ananya can easily be booked under Section 307 of IPC for attempt to murder. And, we also know that RG will definitely go for a police complaint... Now comes the legal aspect. If RG goes for a police complaint, then the first thing, police will do is to check the authencity of the complaint. They will first take hold of gun and finger prints of Ananya and then take the witness of each and every person of KKN who was present there at the time of incident. Now when the witness thing happens and the entire staff denies that the finger prints of Ananya on the gun is by accident, since, the gun fell and Ananya lifted it up and gave it to the bodyguard or Ananya used this gun as a self defence, since, RG was threatening her and trying to kill her, then, in all proximity, there cannot be a case since it will not have any legal standing on the court. Merely, the presence of finger prints on the gun will not serve the purpose...in this regard, even the witness of RG and his bodyguard will not do the needful. Shreya's witness will not stand because, she is a certified bipolar, that is already there in documents... so her witness does not have any standings...
Next thing can be the CCTV footage which can easily be manipulated by Khalid and company.
I don't know whether CVs will use this legal implication or any other thing... that is altogether a different story but since, I have been a law student so couldn't control myself putting this legal prospective in front of all of you...
