Hi all,
The Shagun-Raman-Ishita track has been taking a toll on fans. We certainly don't want any mis-understanding between our lead pair due to a third party (especially the ex). And it is obvious that we don't want our dream pair to be separated.
That said, I always wanted Shagun to become a positive character. Her saint-like behavior is over the top for me. I didn't ask for that, but I certainly didn't like her being a witch. I wanted her to be light-grey and not black or white!
Although Shagun was not a good mother, I felt that she did love Adi. The earthquake incident portrayed a different Shagun than the accident track. Anyways, let bygones be bygones. It is a thing of the past. TODAY Shagun is a different person. She understands what motherhood is all about. I think she can be a good mother to Adi and Ruhi.
No no no no no - I am not saying we should separate Adi/Ruhi from Ishita. NO way. However an interesting track that they can come up with is a CUSTODY track. Not a court case or fight.
Shagun requests Raman and Ishita to drop off the kids with her every weekend so that she can spend time with them. Adi is very happy to see a changed Shagun and enjoys spending time with her. Ruhi slowly understands Shagun better and starts liking her and gets attached to her as well. Shagun helps the kids with homework and takes them to some activities. The kids have a great time with Shagun during the weekends.
Kids love their time with Raman, Ishita and rest of the family during weekdays.
They can show small conflicts where Shagun as opinions about classes and extra-curricular activities the kids should participate in and Ishita disagrees.
These are practical challenges that separated parents anyway face. They can show how the couple tackle this.
Here most of the interactions would be between Ishita and Shagun and not Raman and Shagun. Anyways, Shagun and Ishita are both "white" now. So lets see how this unfolds.
To add fuel to fire, now they can get Ishita pregnant with Raman's child and see how it affects the Shagun-Adi/Ruhi-Ishita equation.
Thanks for reading this far. I know what you are thinking. No, I am not trying to bribe the CVs saying "Hey! I have a superb plot for you filled with drama. Can you drop off the surrogacy plot in exchange?". I wish I could though :).
