Let's just discuss male actors here.

Which superstar, mainly from the older lot, seems to have the best offscreen personality free from controversies, at least these days?

I think the only name that comes to mind is Akshay Kumar. Doesn't spew as many W*F statements, hasn't been accused of hypocrisy in the name of charity, hasn't incited his fellow colleagues, seems to get along with everyone. Stable family and home.

Akshay has been a superstar. I wouldn't even say I'm a fan of the guy but even I have to give credit where due.

He has more hits and blockbusters than Hrithik can dream off

Akshay Kumar had a colorful personal life several years ago but now he has settled down.

But then what abt the scandal abt Twinkle opening his pant zipper at a fashion show a few yrs back?

Saif was also involved in court case of black buck poaching when Sallu hunted them in Rajasthan, Saif also in court case for abusing an NRI gentleman and his dad at a restaurant recently.

None of them is free from controversies I think...if you are a famous star anything you do and say will be reported in the media. So unless you are a saint, you cant be free of scandals.

As long as its not a punishable crime, there shd not be a problem with it.

Good points.
How about these days, take out past flings. Alshay's been scandal free for a decade hasn't he? As for the zipper thing, it was so blown outta proportion lol

No, these days Akki is a domesticated family man, never badmouths anyone directly though takes a few potshots at the Khans in a tangent manner. 😆 Hes the most staid, non controversial star as of now.
