Sounds familiar? Uh.huh
That's right! They sound an awful lot like some of the common superstitions we've all heard at some point in our lives. Haven't we?
Well some of you may not have heard them actually. So let us enlighten you with the knowledge!
Superstitions are defined as an excessive belief in and reverence for the supernatural. It's a practice based on various beliefs. These sort of beliefs and superstitions have been around since the dawn of human existence.
Beliefs that hold no scientific proof (or do they?). Beliefs that evoke a sort of fear created around an apparently natural calamity.

Superstitions are known to link some action or event to illogical, unreasonable, or unjustifiable consequences. Though our outlook on such things may have changed, some inner beliefs haven't totally vanished from our society.
Is it the fear?
A lack of faith in yourself?
A belief in luck alone?
Not wanting to tempt fate?
Or does it have something to do with better safe than sorry?
But hey! To each, their own!

Superstitions harbor both negative and positive beliefs.
The negative gives way to fear of things like death, accident, injury, or a just a plain old bad day. Meanwhile the positive gives hope in the way of good luck or a belief that something good will happen based on these foretold theories.
Is there any end to this?
Scientific reasons have not convinced people to change much and breaking the long lived customs is just as vague as our brains, so ending the belief in superstition is quite a far fetched dream.

That means neither can we!!!
So better keep a watch for the next post or bear the consequence of the CC jinx.
