Maybe Shagun has joined hands with Ashok n blackmailed Kumar ...if he doesn't do as he is told they would inform the wife.
For Ashok n Shagun both...it's killing two birds with one stone...1. Rift between lyers Bhallas due to Rinkis death. 2. Mihika in jail for pushing Shagun out of Ashoks life and again Mihika for sending Ashok to jail for sexual abuse. So there is a motive to implicate Mihika. In this way both Shagun n Ashok have taken revenge. Remember Rinki at one stage had joined hands with Ashok to belittle Raman...though later she turned a new leaf and supported Raman.
Rinki herself is faking her death...knowing she no longer wants Mihir n has interest elsewhere. Ishita was told about photos but she didn't see the photos,...she only saw the messages in Kumar's phone sent by Rinki. Rinki is trying to fake her death just to blame Mihika... Remember Mihika found out about Rinki's extravaganza shopping for Kumar and wanted to confront her. Could be Mihika found out about her extra marital affairs and including this shopping saga and questioned her about deceiving Mihir and may have threatened to tell him. Shagun/Ashok could have overheard the duos conversation and may have asked to help Rinki and have used Kumar as well to be part of the faking act. Rinki is somewhere only known to these two.
ACP Abhishek definitely knows who is the killer ...just from stall owner's witness he cannot just dismiss him. First question why he threw away the gun n not informed the police. Then Raman, Mihir and Mihika went with him and it was not shown what conspired there. Mihika looked tension free. When giving the finger print results he was first shocked and hesitated a bit ,then took Mihikas name as she was the immediate suspect. ACP, Raman , Mihir , Mihika n lawyer know the murderer n playing along to trap the real one.
