It showed that Ishita was unable to make it to Ruhi's award function but she manages her appointments and makes it to the venue. She sees Raman turning behind again and again to look at someone, she turned and realizes that its Shagun.
Later, hurt by Raman's behavior she taunts Shagun and asks her to keep distance from her family. But looks like Raman supports her again. She claims to be Raman's wife when a teacher arrives.
At home, Ishita says that she can't become a mother but Shagun can. Is that the reason you are getting close to her? But Raman scolds her to shut up or think whatever she wants. He leaves the room and Ishita cries.
