Sorry beg to differ with you dear......yes hats off to the composer and the lyrist...but without the singer...the song can never have a soul...and Amanat...touched each and everyones soul....and made everyone cry...it was not the words...but the way he sang that song dear.....

His voice ...the emotions in his singing...touched each and everyones soul...even us listeners who were watching on tv....

I bet...if Raj or Aneek had sang this song...it woudl not have been the same....no tears...or standing ovation....or touching of the soul....

Give credit where it is due....Amanat truly was outstanding...mindblowing...fantastic..superb...out of this world....👏

firstly writing in big fonts dosent mean you are right, secondly, if a song is not well written it can never have an impact or touch hearts becos after all its words and thirdly if a well written song is not composed well by the music director, best of songs go down the drain and yes lastly a good singer has to convey the feelings of thewriter and no doubt amanat did that, but so did vineet last year ..... and many other singers have evoked similar reactions over theyears, which is a fact that cant be denied ....... even ID said the same.

as far as amanat being an awesome singer is concerned that goes without saying ......

I completely agree with you on this one. Tujhse Naraz nahin and every song in that albumn have been written so beautifully and composed so well that any decent singer can evoke emotions with it. Some songs just have that magic and this is one of them. Ofcourse, this does not take away the fact that Amanat too sang it very well.
