Kunj was driving through town when he saw a very certain someone sitting on top of a brick wall.
"Twinkle," he chuckled to himself, only she would do something so random, so absurd, SO DANGEROUS! He realised how high the wall really was, so quickly pulled over to get out of the car to get her to come down.
"Twinkle, get down, you'll fall!"shouted Kunj
"Nope!" Twinkle said, quite content where she was.
"Didn't you ever read Humpty Dumpty as a child? If you don't get down then the bechara's sacrifice for all of us will be wasted! Stupid!"
"Uff ho Kunj, I won't fall and even if I do it's not like I'll break every bone in my body!"
"I know you won't because I'll break every bone in my body trying to catch you. Cmon Twinkle! We both know how great your balance is (!)"
"Nu-uh"
Realising she wouldn't agree so easily, Kunj came up with a solution.
"Fine, if you won't come down then I'm coming up!" Said Kunj resolutely
"Cool, the view is great from up here, you should see it."
Exasperated, Kunj went up to the wall and plonked himself down next to her.
"I swear to God, Twinkle-"
Just then a large gust of wind blew, so Kunj instinctively wrapped an arm around Twinkle and drew her closer to him.
"Kunj, I'm not so slight that a small gale of wind will knock me over!" She teased. Kunj flushed slightly at this, but he was Kunj Sarna, so of course he would have a comeback for this.
"Ever since I've started spending time with you I've lost a lot of weight due to stress and since I know you're quite heavy from experience, it was the safest option," he smirked and Twinkle hit him on the chest but didn't object to the arm that was still comfortably around her and ever so slightly leaned her head on his shoulder, just enough so when the wind blew her hair would slightly caress his face.
"The view really is beautiful," Kunj murmured, looking a head, and feeling the warmth of Twinkle beside him.
"Yeah, it makes you love the world that much more," she said softly," My mother once told me that the person who makes you love life is the person that you love a lot. That's what she said she had with my father," Twinkle smiled fondly.
This made Kunj smile as well, as a new humming warmth in his heart made itself known to him.
Little did Twinkle know that Kunj had seen that view many times before, but today was the first time he had seen it so beautiful.
He was beginning to love life in ways he hadn't before.
