KaYa wheel Ronnie to the ICU in the hospital. The goon tells RG that Ananya escaped. Khalid comes to know of the accident and asks Richa to accompany him and Manav overhears this. Shreya hopes that Ananya dies soon. Manav comes and sees her perturbed and asks her the reason but she lies and tells him how worried she is for Ronnie and they leave for the hospital. Inspector Khurana tells Kabir that he has put an APB on the truck and the driver will be caught. The gang come and Richa comes to know from Ananya that Ronnie saved her from the accident.
Shreya and Manav come as well. Kabir intercepts her and threatens her that if he finds out that she is responsible, he will ruin her. Shreya pleads innocence. Kabir tells her how Ronnie saved Ananya from death, he did a favour for her but now it is his turn to return the favour. Doctor tells Ananya that there is no chance of Ronnie recovering because of his injuries. Everyone is stunned! Manav overhears Shreya berating RG for not doing the job properly of killing Ananya. He recalls everything and realizes that this was Shreya's plan to eliminate Ananya.
Everyone sits surrounding Ronnie who lies on the hospital bed. They are all in tears. Ronnie opens his eyes barely. He intertwines KaYa's hands together and tells Ananya how much Kabir loves her and asks him to take care of her. He tells them that his time has come. Richa tells him that he has forgotten his promise to her about getting married to her at 40. Khalid weakly jokes but Sunny is unable to face him. Ronnie tells Ananya's mom to not cry and get justice for Sudhir and passes awayš Monitor stops beeping. They break down.
Shreya comes just then. Kabir glares at her with tearful eyes and asks Ananya not to break down as they got one more reason not to lose and he will not let Ronnie's sacrifice go in waste Ananya recalls her moments. Shreya leaves. Richa breaks down even more and she goes outside where she and Khalid who comes to see if she is okay, see Ronnie's mom. Khalid comes and informs Kabir and Ananya about Ronnie's mom and asks Ananya to break the news to his mom. Ananya steels herself.
Kabir ends by saying that one who is born has to leave the world one day. In between birth and death is life and it all depends on how one leads a life, creating moments and making people remember you even if you're gone.
