I can't help but wish these days that this pregnancy track was parallel to MMS track in more ways than one! My reasons are these.
When Abhi finds "proof" of Pragya to have slept with Suresh and "betrayed" their marriage, he goes to confront Pragya right away with what he heard/saw. I wish Pragya did that too and confronted Abhi about pregnancy or at least told him what she heard right away. It was not like Abhi was not going to know about Tannu's pregnancy. He did figure out soon.
Abhi then tells Pragya to leave the house in anger right away and she gets ready to leave too. I wish Pragya here either left the house in immediately if not out of anger, at least out of disappoint.. or at least out of making way to TaBhi.. but my point is she should have left or tried to leave "immediately" without drama.
Then, Abhi gives her time to prove herself innocent. Here too it should have been like if Abhi felt it was a mistake happened unconsciously, he should have been the one finding a solution for it...
Abhi "feels" Pragya is innocent soon. Pragya should also have "felt" Tannu is fraud at some point and elaborated on it.
Finally the "proof" of Pragya's innocence falls into Abhi's hand. Pragya should have found some "proof" also right away. Not missing the proof that was right in front of her.
More importantly, Abhi devices a plan to prove Pragya innocent/catch culprits just with his belief and later the proof. He executes it all alone (it was unfair to see Pragya go through PraSu wedding, yet..) and succeeds. Here too I wish Pragya after completely knowing Abhi is innocent trapped Tannu in TaBhi wedding.
Last but not the least, the pace and intensity! MMS track was gripping. It never really went the comical way, and solved within a month. Here the issue is more serious, a baby is involved, a belly is growing, AbhiGya love each other...yet things are going in rounds of comedy for months!!!
