So I just recently started watching Begusarai and went on a complete binge..and now i'm all caught up and nothing to watch😭

Anyways..What I really liked about this show was how it kind of reminded you of The Godfather, a very affluent family that is surrounded with violence and crime... its nice to see something fresh other then the typical " says bahu saazish" ( even though its still in the show..it doesn't go over board )

There is just something that boggles my mind..

Laakhan's behaviour towards Poonam... his so- called " Love " for her, which is pretty much domestic abuse if you think about it. When I started watching the show..i was like " wow " what an 🤬

He treats her like she's property, and she doesn't really speak up because that's what she's been taught..obviously the guy is scary, plus her dad abuses her mother..her mom has instilled in her that she has to deal with this kind of behaviour... But how are you suppose to love someone who mentally and physically tortures you.. it kind of reminds me of the movie Sleeping with the enemy with Julia Roberts.

I don't know the reason for Laakhan's behaviour...I understand that his mom has kind of brain washed him thinking that he's Phluan's servant, but his parents don't really do anything to punish him. He seems a little spoiled and his parents are scared of him... Even though the whole family is surrounded by violence, Priyom is not violent ( a player..yes )

Although I admire the chemistry between Laakhan and Poonam, I don't like how he treats her like his property.. even thought its just a show, its kind of teaching viewers that even if your husbands a violent jerk, it means he loves you and you can change him with your " patni ke dharam "... I really hope that it shows Laakhan repenting for his violent behaviour and abuse towards Poonam...

i am sorry but i hv always seen laakhan-poonam story differently..to me both were flawed characters.one's character needed to b toned up n another toned down..its true laakhan always has tortured poonam for no reason but at the same time poonam also never did any effort to make this relation work.laakhan bole sorry aur bhindi halwa priyom k liye.wow!!its actually a beauty n the beast love story.n story is still left..if they can show poonam regreting her faults they ll definitely show laakhan doing the same as well n it was always laakhan's anger that had won initially over his love..laakhan is a very deep character. if uu judge him seeing the surface u wont b able to enjoy the show simple.

i agree with the abuse he does but if you see it poonam always does what she should not intentional or unintentionally which hurts laakhan alot. can you imagine the man who has waited for his love for 10 long years only thinking about her. he had capture every moment of her's in his soul and heart and in return he got disloyalty from poonam that gotta hurt alot and she fell in love with her BIL omg what is laakhan faults in this? is it bc he loved poonam more then himself and was true to his relationship. he had consider poonam his life partner the day their marriage was fix and he lived for that only. he is a stone cold heart person but poonam was his light ( i am saying was b/c i want poonam to feel his pain his suffering inch by inch i am not satisfied yet laakhan has forgiven her already)

the thing is he get's angry b/c she is the reason behind it. how can you see or bear to see the same person under the same roof who your wife loved🤢🤢 he hurts her but he hurts himself more and in few episode he has cared alot for her and told her his true feelings which shooked her to core b/c she had no idea how dept and passionately laakhan loved her till he showed her the red ribbion and saree. both are at fault but from my POV poonam is more b/c she never understood him never give him a chance to show his inner self till now. if you see when she said she wants answer today what will she have to do to prove herself to him and in anger he banged his hand and cut himself b/c day by day he is reminded his love was never in love with him but with his bro this kills a person specially a guy like laakhan who is loyal to core. all in all laakhan had suffer and he will suffer more in the name of love and so shall poonam saying past and today i am yours don't erase the statement it takes time to heal.

Diverting his anger is wrong, never evr support those act, but for laakhan, its a punishment for all mistake, wheather its male/female,or he himself, he punished himself too whn he thought he commit mistake, & also some loyality & hcq issue with him,hope cvs will reveal that shade & reason behind his mentality wisely,

I still believe, there is still smthing undercover , reason behind why punishment Aftr mistake, so i m waitng for story to unfold, as ponnam jst started to decode laakhan, start giving mch needed attention to laakhan,

& ye to make environment light 😆
