Misha, Swara-Sanskaar are married because majority-audience feels they are married.

What a fictional character or real CVs feel or think does not matter.

If they show what the majority-audience disapproves of, they will lose viewership, and the series will close.

For any scene, think first that the basic is that SwaSan are already married.

Consider as worthless anything a series shows which goes against majority-audience sensibilities.
