So I wrote some of this elsewhere, but just felt the urge to ramble, you know? It's been one of those weeks for fools like me. 😳

This post isn't about the horrible treatment of infertility b/c I already came to terms with that in another post (b/c writing can be therapeutic, you know?) Feel free to totally ignore all this bakwass, but I'm bored so I'm rambling! 😳

[Please don't judge my foolish self tooo tooo much b/c I realize how silly it is to care (well, formerly care) this much about anything fictional! 😆 ]

If my reading of IF & other social media platforms is true, for most people, this track seems to have ended Raman & Ishita's beautiful journey of growth in love. Some say that they have been dying slowly since 2015 or 7:30 slot started, but is this not the proverbial final nail in the coffin?

The story is no longer appears to be about Ishita & Raman's growth in love. Now it's about a forced triangle and Ishita's journey away from Raman (with reunion contingent on TRPs).

Ishita moving forward in life after another soul-piercing betrayal seems to be the next phase of YHM to maintain online viewers and TRP viewers. They may not show Ishita fully accepting another man (desi TV standards), but logically if she finds a friendly hand, things will grow. This separation will open up many doors for Ishita, and most general viewers will love this!

Fortunately/unfortunately Raman, as the ML, does not have this scope so it's pretty predictable to think what will happen upon separation/leap for him. And right now Raman is as a whole but NOT by everyone disliked more than Param/Ashok/Suraj/Subbu, and as a result KP's acting poweress may not emotionally captivate the masses like before. So for me, this track has also discredited what was one of the most beautiful & complex MLs to be seen on Indian TV screens.

The makers wanted a separation and leap since probably before May 2015. They know most viewers don't like the idea of Shagun-Raman or (previously) a giant separation. And they most definitely know online viewers find the surrogate track and infertility track beyond disgusting.

So this is how they transformed the separation/leap tracks:

The scrapped cancer track would have Ishita make an enormous sacrifice, but she would be redeemed at the end because of the self-sacrificing nature of the act. But Ishita & Raman's relationship integrity could've been maintained.

But because that didn't work, the upped the inhumanity and used infertility as the vehicle for separation/leap. So here, Raman has done an illogical act that as of now, I can't see will ever be truly redeemed. Here Ishita & Raman's relationship integrity hasn't been maintained, and viewers are on board for the separation...so throwing in a leap is apparently easier?

Will things be different if they find themselves back together? Will Raman actually have a redemption or will they just have a reunion to boost TRPs or reach the coveted #1 spot? Will the makers change the track? If so, can they actually redeem purity in Ishita & Raman's relationship? ...only BT, YHM CVs, and SP know.

Until today - I never used the phrase "IshRa"...idk why, but this past week sadly seems have ended "IshRa" for many.

If you read all of that - 👏 Feel free to share any thoughts? Pro or con - anything is welcomed and I don't really take offense anymore for this show! 😳

Well. As it goes this yhm now has become shagun yhm. It is about her just because ah is best bestie of ekta. I saw ekta visited the sets of yhm last week. So i know scogracy leap murder seperation is comming. People and yhm cv are always like ah. So ah is the mainframe and without her yhm caanot go.
Just sa big boss promo. I wish that ah goes to big boss along with priya ray. Who is just fiddling the lost emotions of people here.
I will never watch another ektas show in my life. There start something and etka favoratism always plays a hard ball and story goes to crap. The story is showing us never to belive in your husband because there will cheat you.

For some people there is still hope. For me no hope. Only crap things and while reafing few os in this forums i know whete this is heading to. As we know cvs copy a lots of our forums os that is mostly highlights shagun and degrades ishita. So please if any one is posying os make dure shagun Is not shown as pregent. Atleast in os we can have our own yhm back.

But i dont have any hopes. How come we hope that all this is a scam and if so who will bring the truth out. Well shagun is already inpregented do this means - she will be pregrant andshagun will be staying alone do raman will go to shagun to look after her and viola saperation and leap and reunion and marriage of shagun and eaman and reunites of big fake balla family. I have a fear will ishita be shown died.

Dude I understand your ramblings but I ll have a final say.

Even after this if Fans wanna watch this story I am sorry its not EK or her Cvs but the Loyal fans who look like buggers to me... They killed the very essence of the story in the most pathetic way. EK showed one thing here for me. Writers can create anything from no where & the same writers can burn the same into ashes within months or say they can give a slow death to it by stabbing it here & there on a daily basis. There is no way u can bring back the lost magic by showing some nok-jhok or ending the track in their favorite comical way & who knows some of them might like it but those who craved for a meaningful Indian show for a long time with a logical & unique story line are royally pissed off. For me its over. Period.

P.S:- I am sorry for my ramblings😆

This is definitely the final nail in the coffin. How bad can it get after this really? I agree with all that you said here.

I don't know what they have planned or if they will change the track or not but the deed is done. The enormity of it all is hitting me again. As far as I am concerned, leap and separation or not but I want Ishita to take a stand for herself and not behave like a doormat. I loved her because she was this self respecting woman more than anything else who has been killed by the CVs but I want her back NOW. Bas.
If she simply forgives Raman out of her love for him or something, she will be butchered like Raman is. Idk but I would feel terribly insulted as a woman more than I already do. Like I can't relate to his obsession in the name of his love for her ,I won't be able to relate to her forgiving self out of her love for him. So, Ishi take a stand woman.

May add more later. Travelling right now and the lousy network sucks. Took me 15 mins to type this much.

You don't need to apologize! I think many are at or near the same place as you, including myself. I think I'm in the weaning off process but bad habits are hard to kill! 😆

I agree that once the magic is lost it's hard to recapture. I personally feel a meaningful track could help create a different and more positive atmosphere, but I also have much more logic than to think that these CVs could be capable of accomplishing that!

As you said, for me ISHRA is over...

Now to elaborate on what crap lies going forward

Raman will hate Ishita for leaving him and she will become his number 1 enemy. He will get back to the ruthless angry man of YHM land. Shagun will take care of the kids and will settle down in Bhalla land.

thats what is going to happen...

Ruhi will start hating Ishita too because she broke the trust and went away without thinking about her. even Ishita's own baby will start hating her. May be Adi alone will keep loving Ishita or actually cant predict the twisted brains of CVs

On the other side, Ishita will maintain a low profile life away from all what she considered her life. she will be continuing her dentist profession or may be a low key job in some place where the boss will start having a soft corner for her.

By some miraculous happening, Ishita will be forced to come back and then starts the love hate mohabatein, insecure Shagun turning devilish to the core [assuming that she is not so now]

thats the only leap formula of Balaji shows.

You know I don't know about the off screen dynamics in all this, and so I don't feel comfortable commenting on it. And I personally just want to focus on societal & business reasons for such a track and the repercussions on this work of fiction.

And not to play stickler, but I don't know if IF allows for such comments to fellow members and I don't want this thread to close so soon.

But I do agree that the message of this show is very disgusting at the moment. That one cannot trust their life partner. It is a sad sad state.

I do agree that after destroying infertility mercilessly, they could give Ishita an ounce of self respect as a female. While I don't know how strong of a stand will happen, I do see some scope for this with an upcoming leap.

Unfortunately, with just one of the lead characters' butchered - the prospect of reunion seems disheartening, no? And unfortunately it's still a hard fact to Ishita-Raman lovers of this show, despite the fact everyone knows what's right.

I truly wonder if the CVs realize the magnitude of the damage they have done? But it probably doesn't matter because separation and later reunion will be watched & passively accepted by the general viewers regardless of what's happening now.

Vidya - yep that's the general deviation of any BT leap unfortunately. I do see one or two non-Iyers secretly keeping in touch with Ishita. I also see a very broken Bhalla house in the future because that will give tracks for when Ishita does come back into their lives.

Another general post-leap point is the guy who develops a soft corner for the FL may become evil once the FL & ML reunite (or during the process).

Truthfully it's not just BT that these types of leaps are limited to anymore.

Hi Krishy,

Will you term me a feminist if I say my heart bleeds for Ishita? I have always defended both Whether it be Raman or Ishita through all the stupidity that has been thrown our way.

But just now, I don't have it in me to defend Raman. May be after sometime and when I retrospect, I will have some defense for him.

I will not whine that writers have ruined just Raman. ishita was ruined way before Raman.

For me I GENUINELY loved both Ishita and Raman and no, I did not have a favourite nor got attached to only one. I LOVED BOTH and today, I can't stand the thought of IshRa together.

I want Ishita to be bumped off. Instead of Rinki, it should have been Ishita.

PS: This is the rambling of a demented former viewer.
