I think second one was better. Probably when he sang the first one, it was also the first time he was singing in the compeition. So he did not add the variations which he did the second time.

Amanat's second performance is as many of the mentors love to say "better than the original".

But even if this is the case ( which of course it is) they should stop using this phrase, a better term would be "sung beautifully in your own way/voice".

Kesari and halva look alike but is not the same but still one of my favourites.
