Hero Plagiarized This Song from Chennai Express?

I was listening to O Khuda from Hero and I noticed the instrumental around 3:16 minute mark is identical to the instrumental theme of Chennai Express (starting at 0:20 mark)

Are they the same or am I going crazy? Did they really plagiarize it?
