What do they think of woman ?

This is not regarding the characters of the show but about the people who wrote them.

The show is produced by a woman. I admire her business skills. In a ways she is an inspiration but..

Aren't morals , ethics , values important ?
I know and I understand they are bad people too in this world doing worst things but what is the soaps and the makers showing.

It's fun to watch the show for me because I love the actors Shabbir, Sriti, mrunal, Shikha , arjit are impressive. I love abhigya too.one more thing that makes me watch the show is humour.

Lekin why are woman shown like this ?

Pragya - she was a sensible and smart woman at the beginning. I don't know what happened may be she dropped her smartness in the phera fire during marriage.

I read some where love is the seventh sense which damages all the sixth sense and makes a person non sense.
So many scenarios Pragya was shown to compromise or give up rather than fighting back.
Are they telling Us kumkum ,marriage , husband , sasural etc more important than self respect , carrer etc.

Bb- except the mehras all the men in KB want her. Portraying a girl physical appearance is what matters.

Aaliya - shown to rape a man , cheat her brother who brought her up like a father , throw acid on a woman , kidnap , murder. I don't know what is left.

Tanu- a shameless *****. I don't want to talk much about her character. She can get the most shameless girl in the show award unanimously.

Mithali and her MIL.-All that mattered to these both is money and luxuries. They will do anything and everything for money.

Dadi- I had a lot Of respect for her but the way she is being selfish and the way she blamed Pragya and expecting things from her made her selfish.

Sarla - the worst mother I have ever seen ( partiality between her daughters Wise)
She talks like marriage is everything for a girl.

Janki- she insulted bashed and hated her own blood believing other people

I don't understand what they are trying to show us.
Mainly Pragya - I am really disappointed at the way they are showing Pragya as mere toy in dadi and be hands . She is shown getting seduced by Abhi often and now after the make over she is shown trying to seduce ( or whatever it is called as ) him only to be insulted by him.

Is this way to portray woman ? When our society is fighting for women empowerment all that the top show portrays is this. 😕

I agree...i hate the nonsense of how they portray women on soaps...smh 😕

you have penned down each and everything i wanted to say about the women in this serial...

all women characters are worthless in this show..its because the cvs have sketched the character like this... i am very much disappointed with all the women characters.. cant they show women being strong, independent, and most importantly using their brains to do something good..rather than spending crying buckets of glycerin and acting all mahaan.. ... i am tired of watching sacrifices done by the female lead as if they were married just to do that only and also were the reason for their existence...

india needs to ban such shows which potray characters like this...too bad trp aunties love this type of torture...

I know right , some people are like everything is fair if the TRPs are high 😕

Horrifying incidents gather attention in news channel that doesn't mean people like what they see or wat they show is nice.

I just want EK and her writers show some strong , independent woman Who value their dignity.

This is what show has been for a very long time. Women don't have any job , except for longing for and manoing their partners. Men are the prize which they have to fight for. I used to bang my head over a wall over the ingrained misogyny of the show, now i don't take it seriously at all ,for my own mental wellbeing.
