Review week 11

I found this week quite boring 🥱 especially Saturday's episode. I guess they need more guests coming in, there have been only a few this season 😕 however, I loved the stricter side to the judges this week and I agree with them that the performances weren't up to the mark this week.

Shamita: her performance was nice and energetic. Although I am not quite fond of these type of performances where outfits become the highlight of the act 😕 I actually felt t was nicely conceited by deepak. It just needed more dance to be included in it and less action. Score was justified.

Anita: it was a nice, emotional and well conceptualised act 👏 some wow moments in the choreography, all thanks to sanam 😛 I hope to see him next season from the start. However, I still felt their performance was over-scored. It deserved no more than 36/37. Perhaps they were being lenient on Anita as she is a wild card 😕

Faisal: this was like one of the best concepts I've seen in jhalak this season 👏 where does Vivek come with these ideas 😃 but then I also do agree with shahid to an extent, that the city capt was hugely over powering their dance nevertheless, it was a very entertaining act to watch. Appropriate scoring for them. Although the 10 was OTT by malaika.

Neha: another energetic performance by her. It was nice but I don't know why I feel that a lot of lifts are repeated by rajit 😕 I think I've had enough of these type of performances from them where a lot of lifts are involved 🥱 neha is a talented dancer, she should try something more. Score was appt.

Sanaya: nice performance but obviously not their best. I loved the concept and the fact that we could see sanayas acting amidst the act. Some lifts were beautiful 😳 although I agree with Ganesh that more emotions and dance was needed. Well deserved score.

Mohit: I love aerial acts so for me the performance was great. It seemed more like bhawna type choreography than marischa, did only I feel this? 😕 they share awesome chemistry. But I felt that the cloth used wasn't benefiting their act 😕 it made it look quite clumsy. The lifts were beautiful which is the forte of bhawna 👏 again score was justified.

For me, the relay performances could've been a lot better. The usage of prop wasn't all that great, especially the pole 😕 no performance was perfect for me

My take:
Mohit: I felt this was a bhavna choreography toned down by marischa, Bhavna can dance beautifully with very sharp posture and clean extensions.But her dances always showcase her in the forefront rather than the celebrity partner.
Sanaya : I agree with Ganesh, even the emotion looked forced at some place, contemporary has a lot of technique, and I felt Jai did not guide her well in this.
Neha : Her steps were repetitive because rajit mostly choreographs dances with classical as the base. But the major put off was her face! Her dance was up to the mark, she needs to smile more.
Faisal: On the contrary I did not like his dance at all, majorly because of the concept. This was a prop which restricted his moves but did nothing to enhance him to the viewer.
Shamita: I agreed more with Lauren on this, this was supposed to be a more theatrical round, so I liked her dance.
Anita: Her dance was awesome, and yes this was a very classic Sanams choreography!!! I love him!! and I wish he was here from the very start.

Relay : I felt Mohit/Anita/Neha the three of them did almost very similar dance, Although I felt Anita deserved to be top 3.
Sanaya did well!!
This is the place where I felt Shamita did nothing new and was among the top 2,say what??
Faisal was awesome!!
