Frank letter to Shekhar:In defence of Sharmishtha - Page 3

Pray tell me, why does Swara want her mother to be with a spineless, gutless man like Shekhar who perhaps doesn't even love her mother? Everytime she utters the words mere maa baba ko milana hai, I feel like jumping right into the TV screen, shake her real hard and shout,scream&beg her to not do this to her mother...it will only cause her more suffering, tbh. Why can't Swara see that this man is no good? She said in one of the previous episodes (re Lakshya) that Love which requires proof is perhaps not real love and that's why she doesn't want Lakshya or his trust back in her life- why then, can't this woman apply that logic here too? Is it really that hard? Can she not see that h er father NEVER has, and never will trust her mother?? She forced her mother to go live in that house despite Shomi being so unwanted there by everyone and look what happened- she nearly got arrested and Shekhar didn't feel even a tad bad about it- why would she want that kind of a man in her mother's life? He will always put everything and everyone above her mother always- he'll trust anyone but Shomi, then what is the need o such a man? I can go on and on because this annoys me so much :(

Above all, Why can't Shomi woman up and not want to be with this excuse of a man? Why does she insist on being a doormat and why does Swara want her mother to be one? She's better off without him. She has suffered and only suffered in life because of Shekhar.

Have some self respect, woman, and Swara, please let your mother have some self respect!! 😡

I would love it, if, at the end of all of this mess once SwaSan are settled and Ragini's truth is out, Shomi REFUSES to get back together with Shekhar despite him apologising profusely, citing all the reasons already stated by everyone and more. She should wwalk out on him and find herself a good, trustworthy man who will appreciate and love her immensely. That's the kind of man she needs. But it's expecting too much out this PH famous for endorsing regressiveness in their showa, right? 😆 *sighhh*
