Court and stay orders- taliya

The words court and stay orders were used a number of times in the show.

Aaliya and Tanu wants to hire a lawyer to get a stay on the properties.
So that they can escape the dictatorship but luckily they don't have money to pay the lawyer. What if they got money ?

Pragya is actually a bit worried about the stay.she wants to expose taliya before they get the money and hire a lawyer because she knows getting a stay will ruin their plan.
She threatens abhi about going to court but she is actually fearing the court.

Abhi - the actual person who dint talk about going to court.
The person who should go to court for snatching every thing. He is not bothered to do that.

When he can get a PA and a bar owner as fans and can give him free stuff.It wouldn't be difficult for a rockstar like him to hire a lawyer.
Media coverage will get him lawyer for free.

The point is he doesn't want to do that. He want to fight back but he is not taking drastic steps may be because he is still believung she is his fuggy.

Who the hell are taliya to get a stay when the rightful owner is not thinking of that ??

arre...the courts can be as crooked as the people who want to abuse them. taaliya can plot all they want and they might even partially succeed...but i wouldn't worry about it. nothing that can't be undone later.

Aaliyah wants the money back with Abhi, because she wants to destrory him. Without money/fame in his hand, how does she destroy him?

Good question! Stay orders take forever! No way they'll get the money.

Unless they're greedy for the money, Pragya can't trap them. Their desperation is what'll get them in trouble. We have to see!
