This is a big complaint post. But I think it is important. Too many things are going haywire... they'll lose all the goodwill built during confession if they go about doing things like this. As a viewer I'm also feeling bad that a lot of their hardwork is going waste because of silly blunders.
The Editing! Seriously, someone should convey to the crew that their editing is going from bad to worse these days. First, during confession, one moment Yuvraj was bending and the next second he was erect... it obstructs the flow of the scene and proves to be quite distracting. Even today, the randomly inserted bits of yuvraj-suhani while everyone is performing is sooo ...ummm... odd?!
I don't know what hurry they are in? They are rushing past scenes as if this is the last episode!
It's like looking at a drugged monkey, one moment here, another moment there. Jumping scenes even before you comprehend who's showing what emotion. Slow down guys!
On paper the concepts they thought of sound very good... Anuj-Menka enacting Yuvraj-Suhani's love story... Yuvraj-Suhani reminiscing the moments... but in execution it is all going kaput.
Even in today's episode, I got the feeling that they were SQUEEZING in Yuvraj-Suhani scenes. Showing them for the sake of showing them. Bas.
It's as if they feel they've given them tooo much screen time during confession hence, they should shift focus back to their favourites(Dadi&co) ASAP.
I did not understand why they showed Yuvraj looking at Suhani and recollecting their dance. It was BARELY there for few seconds! And it did NOT fit in. It was there just for the heck of it. Before we could warm up to that emotion it was gone! You should actually have a heart-warming moment when looking at the dance and couple! That did not happen.
Why should they finish off all the singing, dancing today itself? What's the rush? Couldn't they just slow down and show whatever they want to show properly, instead of rushing through a million things in a greed to show everything?! Result? Scenes scattered all over the place.
And Where is the build up for Yuvraj's song? One moment he was beside her and next second it was dark and he was on stage?! What tadap he is having really? Atleast they should've made HIM fish for compliments instead of her, then the song would've made a little sense. There was no flow in today' episode and it looked like randomly assembled pieces put together.
And coming to Sahil's singing. He sounded so much more better in the OLVs than here. I know, Yuvraj is not a singer hence, it is okay but seeing the OLVs had proved to be a bane because they actually were better than the original episode.
SSEL team, you got 2.4 TRP this week, your in top 10 in Hindi GECs, as you may already know, that too with zero promos from Star Plus, congrats, great achievement, all on your own. And you even are at No.6 in online ratings. And it happened because your viewers actually connected with Yuvraj and Suhani's story... so you really need not think Dadi is your TRP minting machine. All you need is good story-telling like you did last week. Hope you take that into account.
If you stop connecting with your viewers it's a big problem. There is no consistency. One second it looks like you've put in lot of effort and thought out a scene and next moment it looks like you put a scene there just to fill time. The story-telling is so jerky. Are you the same people who doled out episodes till Jan, 2015? I thought that team is the one writing for last few days... now it seems the Feb,2015-July, 2015 team is back on board. We don't want them, sack them. Even your TRP audience DONT want them... because they gave you highest in Jan, 2015, I believe?!
P.S: Sahil-Rajshri, biased as I may sound, but you two are major reason for hike in TRPs. Sahil was fab last week.
