I am seeing suddenly there is a spurt of posts by newbies against qazi and the discussion on these posts are not in proper taste.

So requests other senior members, to ignore these posts

moderators this post is in no way insulting newbies, this post is request to seniors, goldies, coolbies ...

Yes Kangya, I saw other posts where you tried to tell newbies about code of conduct, there were very arrogant and not listening. Best way is to ignore their posts
