Actually i wud have preferred watching Raman consoling a broken Ishita.

I totally agree but in YHM is more often the FL caring for the ML.

I seriously doubt TRP aunties even want to see such a strong FL privately - she lost a child & that could hit home to almost every TRP Aunty. We don't need a giant scene but a few moments of reflection to do justice to Ishita.

Being strong & emotionally resilient not bad & women should look up to those who do that - but a small amount of weakness over a little life lost cannot taint the image of Ishita. It would elevate her. Even my mom who watches almost everything on TV wants to see Ishita have a moment. It's only fair to this character they built up, and I hope that the CVs allow her to show some grief bc it will not take away from her love of Adi/Ruhi or her status as a Telly bahu.

^^^ exactly I am not saying show her extremely vulnerable but at least some amount of grief and husband consoling would have looked good rather than directly jumping on Surrogacy. 😕

^^ Megha, after time slot change both Ishita and Raman have become unreal and most of the times Ishita's actions and antics are beyond any comprehension.

N it wud have touched TRP Aunties hearts if they wud have shown such scene. Besides both the actors wud have done a wonderful job.

Its weird that Ishita has not cried and none of the family members (including Ammma) r worrying about that?

Oh I know...the times Ishita has been vulnerable have been some of DT's moments of beyond brilliance as an actor. By not allowing her character to have this moment, they are not letting her show off her talent, which is a pity.

I don't get why they are so hesitant as a whole to let Ishita be weak for something else's. Other EK soaps & other soaps on TV right now have let their FLs experience weakness even if it was through a sacrifice or something.

We can just hope that we could be in for a surprise I guess bc such a scene would be well worth it!

And you are right, it's weird even Amma has not been given a role in being with Ishita, but maybe they were too excited to start the surrogacy track that they felt it didn't matter?
