Ananya is following Kabir for 8 years.

Kabir marriage broke before 8 years that was revealed to us.

so this happened after his divorce. Shreya's company involved in this case is possible choice. Kabir went straight to Shreya knowing her behind that email to Ananya.

I just rewatched the scene. He says kisi badi company mein kaam karti thi, not pharma.

Shayad ye forum mein hi kuch logon ne assumption kari hai that she worked in a pharma company. Show mein toh kahin aisa nahi bola.

being business graduate, possibilities are there she was in that pharma company.

this is was not mentioned anywhere except the hint she was holding good position in a company at the time of her marriage with Kabir. that company had connection with illegal thing which was exposed by Kabir.

currently Shreya have some pharma client who is ready to sponsor in KKN. they were very specific about Kabir's slot.

This company must be having some connection with SK and knowing about Kabir helping to prove SK innocent.

let see how CVs connect all those dots.
