Ranveer Singh has built an enviable filmography by playing myriad roles in the films that he has acted till date. And the same has now earned him the tag of versatile from none other than his 'Leela' and rumoured girlfriend Deepika Padukone.

Praising Ranveer's acting, Deepika Padukone told Indian Express, "I think as a person he is the the same. He has the same energy, warmth, enthusiasm and protectiveness. As an actor, Ranveer has grown tremendously as an actor and I see that change post 'Ram-Leela'. That movie, after 'Band Baja Baaraat' was one of the defining moments of his career. I genuinely feel he is the most versatile actor in the current lot. I think right from 'Band Bajaa Baarat', he could do 'Lootera', 'Ram-Leela' and 'Dil Dhadakane Do'. He has played different characters in these films and he is doing it not for the heck of it. He does it convincingly."

A proud Ranveer, who was patiently listening, couldn't stop beaming.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani', which is scheduled to release on December 18.

Dangal is different, I'm looking forward to Sultan: Aamir Khan

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has said that his upcoming film Dangal, where he plays the role of a wrestler, is different from Yash Raj Films' 2016 Eid release Sultan, where his good-friend Salman Khan will also be playing the role of a wrestler.

Aamir said that he plays a father to his teenage daughters in Dangal'. The film will be an inspiring story of a father who encourages his daughters to pursue their dreams of wrestling.

On the other hand, Salman will be playing a 40 year old wrestler in Ali Abbas Afzar's Sultan.

"No, That's not true. The scripts are not similar at all. Salman is a dear friend.. he's just had a big hit in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and I am looking forward to Sultan. I am sure it would be a great film." Aamir said in an interview.
