by dis scene seems cvs want to portray ishra as selfless as they are soap leads as they portrayed earlier ishra so selfless n thinking about family members when whole bhalla family mued them when they were seperated like tat by ishita going mad of thinking she lost ruhi, adi n just upset about her own child n feeling bad for raman n to kids n to whole bhalla family n consoling them n apologising them about unborn baby lost.raman feeling guilty n feeling bad for not able to save unborn baby for ishita happiness n for her sake ofc he feels upset but feels more bad for ishita than himself.seems cvs dropped a hint by mihika dialogue o raman tat their relationship is ideal n all lol.just both ishra trying to put other before their ownself n one can't see other in pain n dis time their selflessness is going to be btwn ishra n dis will create friction it seems for drama lol. lets see how cvs unfolds it as in soap anything is possible.

they have just recovered from an accident that could have taken the whole family's life . raman, ruhi, adi too. so its just that the worry & anxiety of loosing her family members to tht accident has made ishita at least appreciate tht at least all her family is safe. and be happy about it. she is obviously sad for the baby but more happy tht her family is safe. had the miscarriage happened minus this kind of im sure she would have had the breakdown you all wanted to see.
