This may be a future story line..
If ruhi and adi had gotten off with the rest of the family, ishita could have left the steering wheel and crossed over in 2 mins and the truck would have managed like it did before she took charge of it.It would have taken only a few mins to crossover. Or else, she could have jumped on the mattresses if the kids were out of the way earlier on. Or Raman could have taken over the wheel and Ishita could have jumped with the kids. But I thought the kids not leaving with the relatives was annoying, contrived and not believable -they purposely avoided the various ways to save the child . So the CVs could have saved the kid -there were opportunities within the drama to do so. It would be dramatic but the baby would still be saved.😭
But I think this was planned into the script early on -that Ishita would lose the baby and would have to take Shagun's help.
Early on it was mentioned there were two problems -getting pregnant and staying pregnant(i.e.problem with the womb). And shagun was re-introduced as a positive character at he same time who really wanted Ishita to have a child and coincidentally knew her doctor as well. So she knows the situation w/o being part of the parivar through tthe doctor. It's possible now that they can still conceive but Ishita can't carry the child. So Shagun helps by carrying the child and this makes her closer to the doctor...
