Well... a show runs longer. A season runs for around a year. And as we all know, Parth started his attempts to run away much before that... much before 8 months if I'm not wrong. He had pulled the same stunt for his previous show "Best Friends Forever" and I could see many viewers wishing that Parth would come back... that they were missing his character "Prithvi" very much. Sadly, the heartache is more massive this time. It's Manik who's gone. Pretty sure that he wants to hit the Bollywood Baadshah status in the shortest time possible... but I suppose that the move he made was a bit too early and hasty. It's his choice anyways and it's very well respected. Wherever he pops up next, I do hope that he gives a proper and satisfactory closure.

Couple of days back there was a news floating around that he had been approached to play the lead for &TV's next called as "Hawa Hawai". Not sure if he has okayed this. And even if he has, I hope that it justifies his exit from KYY. Manik's character was multi-dimensional and had a lot of depth. In short, it is every actor's dream. If his new role, doesn't match up to Manik's, then well... he has made the move solely for bigger pay. Again, it isn't wrong... but wish that he and MTV had given a proper closure.

@Alohomora, even I heard about that few days back, but then it was told that the news is not true.
Whatever it is, he needs to capitalise on his fame and popularity right now. As far his ambitions regarding to breaking into BW, don't think it is easy as it is an industry filled with nepotism, where useless star kids are favoured. So I hope he makes a wise decision wrt his career. He is talented for sure and has got the looks.

Yeah I heard about that it's from a production house called 4 lions, which have previously given - Geet, Is Pyar, Qubool hai & Humsafars

Geet & IPKND were very popular

but Male leads are always shown as angry young man, very stiff, uptight, they dont even smile

its like a stiff object

where in female leads are shown to be bubbly

All there shows are quite popular except Humsafars.

Now & TV is trying to relaunch it self, and Vikash gupta is the CV.

So many things are in favour of Parth, 1. Vikash has built manik's charcter, he wld give Parth a very strong role

& TV dont know about its viewership but is getting big stars, must be paying hefty sum

Pretty sure that &TV is going to garner a lot of viewers if Parth signs up for their new project. After all, he's the Pied Piper of telly town. Ever read that story before? 😆

It is surprising that some people still want to believe in the Parth insult rumor even after Niti, Karan and Charlie confirmed that "no one is responsible for Parth quitting the show". Even Parth said again and again that he is solely responsible for his decision. Snap out of your dream guys!

I remember when this rumor started, every time you ask someone, are you sure this news is confirmed- quick came the answer, we got it from a reliable source- on further probing, who the source is...ans. was obliviously can't disclose.

I felt so freaking left out...all most everyone had a reliable source leaving me. Forget about a reliable source I did not have a source also, gave me such a complex man😆.

And, thanks to the reliable source...Mr.Swamy became the new villain of Ky2.
