Reason being while Ishita has fainted and is in pain its quite normal. The pain is owing to the injury sustained in the fall but the impact may not necessarily have harmed the kid. The fainting spell can be a result of the pain and the stress combined, after all with the situation its bound to happen. Plus Ishita may have feared that she lost her baby due to the impact of the injury and it might have been too much for her, so in such cases where trauma and shock set in our blood pressures can drop way beyond the normal - here Ishita has suffered emotional and mental trauma at the same time, and she is in severe pain as well so yeah the woman is bound to faint.

But despite the pain and fainting spell, we dont see her bleeding - which in the case of a miscarriage would have happened. The only blood we see on her is on her forehead and not anywhere else. If her stomach had been badly hurt there would have been blood there, in case of a miscarriage her thighs would have been in the same condition and it obviously would have appeared on her dress.

So I think the baby is okay only that Ishita may need bedrest for a few weeks if not for the rest of her pregnancy and since it was already established between IshRa when they assumed she cant carry a baby earlier before the pregnancy was confirmed that they are okay without a child of their own since they already have Ruhi and Adi, I dont think surrogacy would be opted for...after all the situation doesnt change much now does it?

There can be a short leap of course for some suspense but we may see Ishita sport a baby bump for all we know when we see her post leap.

Also almost all channels were saying one thing - Ashok had the bomb planted to kill the Bhallas, we know that wasnt the case it was just that he was a factor there but not the conspirator for a change in this event, so if all the channels have it wrong on this count, how accurate can be the news they air about the miscarriage or even the supposed surrogacy?

As it is star knows people dont want a surrogacy track and want an IshRa baby only if Ishita is pregnant, why would SP risk their standing when its already being threatened by colors?

Lastly a surrogate track would mean a lot more of Anita and she is doing so many other shows so exactly how is she supposed to make time for YHM and that too if the track has her as one of the main players, and if it does why would she sign JDJ and other projects? She would be informed of her need to give more time and only take shows accordingly.
