When prime time TV heartthrobs say I quit', fans still tend to go into a tizzy, and even resort to sending appeals online to (production houses and broadcasters to ) bring their favorite back on the show. Shashank Vyas Show: 'Balika Vadhu'
Shashank's step to stardom came after he essayed the role of Jagdish/Jagya , a guy with some grey shades in his character who became affable and adorable eventually. Shashank who quit the show recently says, "There was nothing left to explore in Jagya's character. I have played every shade. I want to evolve as an actor. For that, Jagya's chapter must end. To start a new book, you must finish the old book first."
