Why did Ragini end up sleeping on the couch?

I thought it was a very good start and good maturity on Ragini's part to tell Neil to sleep on the bed.

But then she should have maintained it that way. She again lost here cool, blamed Neil and went to sleep on the couch.

She should have warned him and given him one more chance. But why again did she go back to square one and slept on the couch.

Maybe he didn't do anything deliberately. She should give him benefit of doubt.

Ragini's reaction was simple. She was just shocked to see that she herself, not Neil, had crossed over the line of pillows and that she was lying very close to Neil, on his side of bed.

Moving to the sofa was just her defense mechanism - it was herself, that Ragini couldn't trust. Not Neil.

Both Neil and Ragini are often guilty of projecting their own feelings, emotions and shortcomings on the other.

She was not angry at Neil, rather she was angry at herself. For becoming a little too comfortable and cozy and instinctively reaching out to her husband - now that she is finally where she always wanted to be - sharing a marital bed with her husband Nachiket.
